Over the years, University Decision Support (UDS) has been proud to partner with offices, teams, and individuals across the university to provide important analysis, data, or other information. In 2025, UDS completed over 300 data projects for over 100 members of the Northeastern University community. As the university’s demand for data increases, and as requirements for external reporting grow, we are implementing a new process to ensure that your experience working with UDS continues to be highly productive. Therefore, we are excited to introduce our new Data Request Form, now available to all Northeastern employees:
This brief form (3-5 minutes to complete) gathers information about your request, including context, timeframe, and data requirements. Once submitted, the data request will be received by Mindy Anastasia, Senior Director of Institutional Research and Diana Danelian, Director of Survey Research and Assessment. You can expect to hear from Diana, Mindy, or another member of our analyst team via email within two business days with follow-up questions and/or a timeline for fulfilling your request.
Whenever you require data, please submit a new Data Request Form. Please bookmark the form and share it with your colleagues.
As a reminder, we kindly request advance notice of 3-4 weeks minimum for accreditation data, compliance reports, rankings surveys, and other large projects that require extensive data manipulation and quality assurance. As always, we will ensure that your needs are met within a timeframe that works for you given available UDS resources. We continuously strive to provide you with the data you require as quickly as possible and with the quality needed for trusted decision-making.
